Conrad Consulting is proud to be partnering with a highly respected, multi-disciplinary property consultancy as they look to appoint an MRICS-qualified Associate Building Surveyor to join their established Central London team.

\n\n

This is an exceptional opportunity for a project-focused Building Surveyor who is confident leading schemes from inception through to completion. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) and a strong track record delivering high-quality work across commercial and education sectors.

\n\nThe Role\n\n

You will take a leading role in managing and delivering a diverse portfolio of projects, working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure successful outcomes. This position is well suited to someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys taking ownership of project delivery.

    Lead and manage building surveying projects across commercial and education sectors

    \n\t
    • \n\t
  • \n\t

    Deliver project work including contract administration, project management, and technical due diligence

    \n\t
    • \n\t
  • \n\t

    Provide high-quality client service and maintain strong professional relationships

    \n\t
    • \n\t
  • \n\t

    Support junior team members and contribute to the growth of the London office

    \n\t

\n\nAbout You\n\n
    \n\t
  • \n\t

    MRICS qualified with 3+ years PQE

    \n\t
    • \n\t
  • \n\t

    Strong project delivery experience

    \n\t
    • \n\t
  • \n\t

    Confident communicator with excellent client-facing skills

    • \n\t
  • \n\t

    Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
