Job Description
Associate Civil Engineer
£50,000 – £60,000 + benefits

Step into a high impact Civil Engineering role where you’ll lead from the front, take ownership of a live project pipeline, and build your path toward senior leadership.
From day one, you’ll run multiple concurrent schemes, act as the technical lead, and mentor apprentices, graduates and engineers within an established and well-supported team.

What You’ll Be Doing
Leading technical delivery across multiple civil engineering schemes
Overseeing quality of drawings, reports and technical submissions
Coordinating multidisciplinary inputs and managing client relationships
Mentoring and developing junior engineers
Driving collaboration, standards and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
Chartered Civil Engineer
Strong background in infrastructure design
Confident user of Civil 3D and drainage design tools
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
Natural leader who enjoys coaching and developing others
Commercially aware and confident communicating with clients
