Associate Client Director (EDF Key Account)Salary range: £80,000 to £100,000 per annumLocation: London, Bristol or Gloucester are preferable but would consider any office for the right candidate. This role provides a unique opportunity to help shape and deliver innovative solutions in a highly impactful and regulated industry; contributing to a safe, secure and sustainable electricity supply for the UK.As an Associate Client Director, you will work closely with the Client Director to grow a key account, helping develop and deliver complex, outcome-focused projects that solve critical challenges. You’ll be instrumental in building effective client relationships, implementing high-value consultancy solutions, and contributing to our mission to be a trusted strategic partner.What You Will Be DoingCollaborating with the Client Director and Associate Client Director peers to grow a key account through strategic engagement and delivery excellenceManaging the development of proposals and guiding the delivery of multidisciplinary, outcome-based projectsBuilding trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are understood and metImproving innovation, quality, and client satisfaction in every projectSupporting the expansion of Frazer-Nash’s management consultancy capability in a highly-regulated sectorWe Are Looking For Someone Who HasRecently worked with the EDF Energy Nuclear family of businesses and/or the wider regulated UK Nuclear IndustryHas Experience That IncludesManagement consultancy, with the ability to solve complex problems through applying multiple disciplines and capabilities.Leading or supporting business transformation and organisational change initiatives.Leadership of complex, multi-disciplinary programmes and / or projectsExperience In The Context OfDesign, implementation or transformation of shared-services organisationsThe creation or scaling of capability delivery organisations.Understanding of the nuclear energy sector, regulatory context and emerging challenges.What You Will BringA Master’s degree or equivalent experience in delivering complex assignmentsDemonstrated ability to engage clients and develop accounts effectivelyDeep understanding of industry trends, challenges, and opportunitiesRobust leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsA collaborative mindset with the ability to lead diverse, multidisciplinary teamsExtensive experience in a consultancy environment.
