Planet Pharma are currently partnered with a global pharmaceutical company and we are actively seeking an Associate Clinical Project Manager to join the business in Slough.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Clinical Project Manager in the planning, execution and oversight of clinical trials across assigned regions or sites.
  • Coordinate study start‑up activities, including essential document collection, site activation tracking and regulatory submission support.
  • Monitor study progress against timelines, budgets and KPIs, escalating risks and delays to senior project leadership.
  • Maintain high‑quality study documentation, ensuring eTMF completeness, accuracy and inspection readiness.
  • Liaise with cross‑functional teams (Clinical Operations, Regulatory, Data Management, Safety, Vendors) to ensure smooth trial delivery.
  • Assist in vendor oversight activities, including reviewing deliverables, tracking performance and supporting issue resolution.
  • Prepare project reports, meeting minutes and status updates for internal teams and sponsors.
  • Support site management activities, including reviewing monitoring reports, tracking action items and ensuring protocol compliance.
  • Contribute to risk management, identifying operational challenges and supporting mitigation strategies.
  • Help coordinate audits and inspections by ensuring documentation readiness and supporting follow‑up actions.


Key Requirements:

  • 2-3 years relevant experience
  • Degree
