Our close knit team are adding Researchers, Associates and Consultants who want to expedite their professional development, getting exposure and building relationships with Founders in the US to help build their Executive Search and Staffing Firms.

This person:

• Will work especially closely with myself to build a network and understanding of our market to start to effectively introduce high-performing Search Consultants to Executive Search firms. This will largely be down to relationship building and the ability to accurately advise both client and candidates.
• Will demonstrate discipline, focus, desire, organization, character and collaboration, all in the name of supporting our close client and candidate network. Our model, positioning and industry allows for advanced earning potential and that will likely matter to an applicant here.
• Would add ideas and personality to our environment. We really promote individuality.
• Will want to be the best at something and want to make the most of an opportunity to "get-ahead".

Our team understand, engage and introduce Executive Search professionals with our Executive Search and Private Equity clients in the US.
