Each project is approached individually, with careful consideration given to proportion, materiality, and longevity.The opportunityAn Associate Director is sought to join the senior leadership team and help guide the design and delivery of major international residential and hospitality projects. This is a senior role offering the opportunity to lead a large project team on a complex international commission, working closely with the founding director and playing a key role in shaping the future direction of the practice.The roleThe Associate Director will take responsibility for the creative direction and delivery of complex projects, leading internal teams and coordinating consultants while maintaining a clear and consistent architectural vision.The role involves leading project teams, representing the studio with clients and collaborators, and ensuring design quality is upheld throughout all project stages.
