CK3516828 - Associate /Director – Building Surveying
Manchester - £80-90k + generous benefits package DOE
Join an established, multi-disciplinary property consultancy with a strong presence and an ambitious growth strategy across the North West.
As part of its continued regional expansion, the business is seeking to appoint a senior Building Surveyor at Associate to Director level to lead and grow its Manchester offering.
This is a leadership opportunity for an individual who combines technical credibility with commercial instinct and a desire to build something meaningful within a well-supported platform.
The Role
The appointed individual will assume responsibility for:
Leading and developing the Manchester Building Surveying team
Expanding key client relationships across public and private sectors
Driving revenue growth and market share in the North West
Overseeing financial performance, forecasting and pipeline management
Delivering high-level professional and project-based Building Surveying services
The service mix spans public estates, residential, education, healthcare, retail, commercial and insurance-led instructions.
The role offers significant autonomy, backed by the strength of a respected brand and multi-disciplinary infrastructure.
Candidate Profile
We are seeking an individual who can demonstrate:
MRICS qualification
A strong reputation within the North West consultancy market
Proven ability to generate fees and develop client relationships
Experience leading, mentoring and growing teams
Commercial awareness with strategic outlook
Technical excellence across professional and project services
This opportunity would suit:
An established Associate or Associate Director seeking a clear pathway to promotion
A Director seeking greater regional influence
