A fast growing, multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy is looking to appoint a Senior Chartered Building Surveyor to step into a key leadership role within their newly established Manchester city centre office. This is an exciting opportunity to join a business who have achieved significant growth in the last few years. With substantial new projects and future growth plans on the horizon, there is an opportunity to add a dynamic and ambitious senior member to the team in Manchester, working directly with the Partner.
You will be joining a consultancy with a strong national presence, and a clear focus on developing and promoting high performing individuals.
The Opportunity
Join a newly established Manchester office (circa 18 months old) with a current team of 10, set to grow across Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, and Project Management. Step into an Operations Lead position, supporting the Partner in driving the business forward and identifying new business opportunities in the North West. Be part of a consultancy with a strong ethical and sustainability focus. Join during a period of significant growth, with turnover having doubled in recent years and further expansion planned.The Role
