Associate Director (Structures) London EC2 | £70k-£85k We are looking for a Chartered structural engineer at Associate level or above who is ready for a fresh challenge. If you are forward‑thinking, dynamic in design, able to manage projects and lead a design team, we want to hear from you. You will be involved in RIBA projects at Stages 1 & 2, so strong concept design, creativity and liaison skills are essential. Working closely with the Structural Director, you will help manage the team, deliver projects and contribute hands‑on design. Knowledge of Rhino, Dynamo and Grasshopper is a plus, and experience in both RC and steel structures is required. Our firm is a well‑established, highly reputable property consultancy covering architecture, MEP, surveying, sustainability, masterplanning and structural design. With around 200 staff and a century‑long heritage, we operate in a financially secure environment and value collaboration, mutual support and efficiency. Projects vary in size and scope, including defence, industrial, residential, police, garden centre, school and concrete mid‑rise frame work. Typical project values range from £10m to £200m. We expect a minimum of 10 years of buildings structures experience for this role. Benefits
