This Building Surveying team is widely recognised as one of the strongest within the firms Real Estate practice and is entering a significant growth phase. With further recruitment planned throughout the year, this is an excellent time to join ahead of that expansion and play a key role in the journey as the team continues to build on its reputation and client base. The Opportunity This position offers a genuine and clearly defined route to Partner level. The firm operates three tiers of Partner, with the first step being Salaried Partner, providing a transparent and achievable progression path for ambitious surveyors looking to move into senior leadership. The project workload has a strong commercial focus, primarily across Industrial, Office and Retail assets, alongside high-end Residential instructions. You will work with a diverse and impressive client portfolio including banks, funds, pension schemes and developers offering a broad mix of high-quality work and long-term client relationships.
