Systech is seeking highly qualified and technically competent commercial professionals who possesses a strong interest in developing client relationships. We have exciting opportunities available for two ambitious Associate Directors who can support our growth in this region.
It will require hard work and strong performance levels, but these roles provide a clearly defined route to a leadership position within a leading construction consultancy. This suits someone who is passionate about delivering an exceptional service and who possess a client centric outlook.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience of leading commercial departments and teams on major construction projects. This is a consultancy role, and you must therefore also be able to demonstrate an ability to work effectively in a client facing environment.
Responsibilities:
To lead teams on major construction projects
Developing relationships with new and existing clients
Establishing relationships with target clients
Driving a business development focussed culture
Develop commercial strategies and lead on contractual negotiations
To ensure projects are delivered in accordance with the contract
Responsibility for management account preparation and liaison with senior management
