In the Building Surveying Projects team, we are maximising the capital and rental value of our client’s assets, undertaking design, project management and contract administration across a range of instructions, including internal refurbishment and fit‑out work; project management of M&E upgrades; external repairs and re‑decoration; building defects and pathology investigations, and licence to alter monitoring.
