Our They offer a collaborative and supportive working environment, with flexible hybrid working and genuine scope for progression as part of wider growth and development plans.WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?The General Practice team acts for both landlord and tenant clients, delivering a broad range of commercial property services. The role will primarily focus on lease advisory and valuation work, with some exposure to agency instructions keeping the work load interesting and diverse. Alongside servicing existing clients, the successful individual will be encouraged to contribute to business development and the generation of new instructions so if you are someone that views themselves as wanting to build client relationships this is a great role for you.Key ResponsibilitiesNegotiating rent reviews, lease renewals and lease regearsActing as Expert Witness on rent review and lease renewal disputesUndertaking Red Book and non-Red Book valuationsAssisting with disposal and acquisition projectsDeveloping relationships with existing clients and targeting new opportunitiesAttending client meetings and working closely with the lease advisory teamProducing clear, detailed written reportsWHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL?MRICS qualifiedSeveral years experience advising on rent reviews and lease renewalsRegistered Valuer statusStrong IT skillsSelf-motivated and able to work autonomouslyCommercially minded with a proactive, can-do approachAmbitious and career focusedIf you are looking for a company that will give you genuine career progression and a spring board to the next level, this is a fantastic role for you.JBRP1_UKTJ
