About the role:

The Associate Director (GAD) oversees and directs our client teams, ensuring day-to-day processes and quality outputs are maintained. You will manage relationships with clients to foster satisfaction and retention, while also identifying opportunities for account growth.

This role combines internal team management—developing individuals and teams—and external client management—building Coolr’s relationships and reputation.
