Lettings Manager – Prime Central London (Knightsbridge)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 6:00pm
Location: Knightsbridge, London
Salary: Dependent on Experience (DOE)
We are seeking an exceptional Lettings Manager to lead our Knightsbridge office, operating at the top end of the Prime Central London market. This role requires a highly polished, commercially driven individual with a deep understanding of the premium lettings landscape and the expectations of high net worth clients.
As a key brand ambassador, you will be responsible for driving performance, leading a high calibre team, and expanding market share within one of London’s most competitive and prestigious postcodes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing lettings team, fostering a culture aligned with a premium, service-led brand
Set, manage, and exceed ambitious revenue targets, KPIs, and performance objectives
Drive new business generation, with a strong focus on winning high-value instructions within Knightsbridge and the wider PCL market
Deliver exceptional client service to landlords and tenants, reflecting the expectations of a luxury property environment
Monitor financial performance, ensuring profitability and adherence to budget
Oversee compliance with all lettings legislation, company policies, and operational procedures
Handle and resolve escalated client matters with professionalism and discretion
Analyse competitor activity and local market trends to inform strategic growth plans
Maintain accurate and timely reporting on performance and pipeline
Candidate Profile
Minimum 5–10 years’ estate agency experience, with at least 3+ years in a managerial role
Proven success within Prime Central London or premium markets, ideally with direct Knightsbridge exposure
Strong track record of winning and retaining high value instructions
Demonstrable ability to drive market share and consistently exceed targets
Established network of local contacts, including landlords, developers, and professional introducers
Excellent appraisal and conversion skills, particularly within the luxury sector
In-depth knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance requirements
Highly professional, articulate, and client-focused, with the ability to operate at HNW level
Strong commercial awareness and understanding of PCL market dynamics
