The Role: Elevating Your Career As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer eager to step into the role of Associate Director. This position is designed for individuals who are not only proficient in the mechanical design process but also demonstrate the leadership qualities required to guide our projects to success, maintain our high standards, and nurture our culture of innovation. Your role will be pivotal in managing project delivery, fostering team development, and building lasting client relationships on a global scale.
Who You Are You possess a degree in Mechanical Engineering, ideally with a Masters degree and/or strong project management skills.
You have six years of experience in Building Services Consultancy Design, including three years in a leadership role overseeing teams, ready for further career advancement.
Your expertise includes thermal modelling, energy assessments, BIM, and a strategic approach to commercial challenges.
You have a deep understanding of mechanical design in various systems and comprehensive knowledge of regulatory standards.
You follow EDC's Environmental Management System (EMS), including all related environmental policies, procedures, and training, and shall perform your duties in a manner that supports the companys environmental objectives and sustainability commitments.
Skilled in managing multiple projects, you are adept at prioritising, planning, and executing with strategic precision.
