Offering a fantastic reputation, our client provides comprehensive surveying services including, Valuation, L&T, property management, receivership, building consultancy and Agency.This firm are offering a highly unique opportunity for an OPRE expert ideally Associate Partner level (strong SS will be considered) where the selected candidate will be the most important hire that the business will make in this growing sector. Reporting into the Managing Director of Alternatives, you will have a team grown around you for the South East. Dependent on the experience the prospect brings they will have the opportunity to working on leisure/hospitality, education or healthcare properties UK wide, albeit with a major focus on the London/South East market.
