\n\nThis role offers exposure to landmark projects, clear progression to senior leadership, and the opportunity to shape how projects are delivered within a collaborative and people-focused consultancy. \n\nKey Responsibilities - Associate Project Manager:\n\nLead and deliver high-quality project and programme management services across all project phases.\nAct as a key client-facing lead, providing trusted advice on cost, programme, risk, and strategic decision-making.\nManage and coordinate multi-disciplinary consultant and contractor teams, driving collaboration and performance.\nBuild, maintain, and grow strong client relationships through clear, proactive communication.\nPrepare and present detailed project documentation, including programmes, risk registers, and progress reports.\nDevelop and implement robust project delivery strategies aligned with client objectives.\nSupport business growth by contributing to bids, proposals, and client development initiatives.\nMentor, manage, and support junior and mid-level team members, helping to develop future talent.Requirements:\n\nA recognised Project Management qualification (APM, RICS, or equivalent) or working towards chartership.\nStrong experience delivering projects within a construction consultancy or similar environment.\nProven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage stakeholders at all levels.\nSolid understanding of industry best practice in Project and Programme Management.\nExperience managing projects from inception through to completion, both pre- and post-contract.\nSound knowledge of JCT contracts.\nExcellent communication, leadership, and client management skills.\nAbility to remain calm, organised, and decisive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.Sounds interesting?
