ROLE DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an Associate Director (Project Management) to join our London-based team.

In this role, you will take ownership of project performance across programme, quality, and risk, ensuring alignment with client and business objectives from inception through to completion. Typical project values range from £20m–£150m.


We value individuals who are strategically and commercially astute, forward-thinking, and have a strong interest in innovation, technology, and data-led approaches that enhance project delivery and reporting across their portfolio.


WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead multiple complex projects for key clients across all RIBA stages, ensuring alignment with client and business objectives
  • Manage programme, risk, and senior stakeholder coordination across projects
  • Build and maintain trusted client relationships, acting as a strategic advisor
  • Drive commercial performance, including fees, appointments, and business risk
  • Mentor and develop project teams, fostering a culture of innovation, quality, and excellence


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Proven experience leading complex projects and project teams
  • Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen
  • Passion for innovation, technology, and data-led approaches
  • MRICS or relevant professional qualification preferred
  • Deep understanding of the Real Estate and Construction industry
  • MRICS or other relevant professional qualification preferred
