An international commercial real estate consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced Associate Director Project Manager to join their market-leading Global Occupier Services team in London. This is a key strategic hire, offering the successful Associate Director Project Manager the opportunity to support some of the world's most recognised occupiers in delivering complex property and workplace projects across the UK and international markets.
As Associate Director Project Manager, you will take responsibility for managing high-value client instructions, delivering tailored project strategies, and contributing to wider business development objectives. This is a client-facing role where relationship building, leadership and commercial awareness are essential.
The Associate Director Project Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of project delivery - from pitch and instruction through to completion and reporting - working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. You will also support junior team members and contribute to internal improvements, process compliance, and service innovation.
Key Responsibilities of the Associate Director Project Manager:
Act as lead contact for key client projects, building and maintaining strong relationships
Deliver full project management services across a range of sectors and geographies
Lead pitches and proposals, supporting strategic business growth
Manage project delivery, timelines, risk, budgets, and stakeholder reporting
Coordinate with internal teams and global offices to provide integrated services
Mentor and develop junior team members
Ensure compliance with internal procedures, health & safety, and quality standardsRequired Experience and Qualifications:
Degree in Construction, Project Management, or related field ( but not essential)
RICS / MRICS or equivalent project management qualification
Proven experience in a Project Manager or Associate Director - Project Manager role within a consultancy or client-side environment
Strong track record of managing complex projects across a range of sectors
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
Experience in working with international clients and cross-border projects is desirableIn Return:
£70,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience
