I’ve partnered with a leading global real estate consultancy to appoint an Associate Director into their flagship Central London office management platform.

This is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of one landmark City tower, working at the very top end of the London office market and acting as the senior client facing lead on a truly best in class asset.

This team is known for doing things differently. The focus is on innovation, occupier experience and genuine value creation rather than reactive property management. Having placed much of the wider team already, I’ve seen firsthand how collaborative, commercial and performance driven the culture is.

The role

• Lead day to day management of a flagship City office tower
• Senior client contact with responsibility for operational performance and strategy
• Drive occupier engagement, service excellence and value add initiatives
• Work closely with leasing, asset management and sustainability teams
• Set standards and lead on continuous improvement across the building
