Job Title: Associate Director - Quantity Surveyor Location: London (Hybrid Working Available) Sector: Construction Consultancy - Infrastructure
The Opportunity
I'm working on behalf of a leading construction consultancy to appoint an experienced Associate Director - Quantity Surveyor to join their growing London infrastructure team. This is a senior leadership opportunity for an ambitious commercial professional with strong NEC expertise and a proven track record delivering major infrastructure programmes. You will play a key role in leading high-value, complex projects across sectors including highways, aviation, energy, rail and wider transportation infrastructure, supporting both public and private sector clients. Key Responsibilities

\n Lead commercial management across major infrastructure programmes
\n
Provide strategic cost and contract advice to clients
\n
Administer and manage NEC contracts (essential)
\n
Oversee cost planning, procurement strategy, risk management and change control
\n
Lead and mentor junior team members
\n
Support business development and client relationship management
\n
Contribute to the growth and strategic direction of the infrastructure division
\n
\n
Requirements
\n
\n Extensive experience in Quantity Surveying within a consultancy environment
\n
Strong background delivering major infrastructure projects (e.g., highways, aviation, rail or large-scale infrastructure programmes)
\n
In-depth knowledge and practical experience administering NEC contracts (essential)
\n
Proven leadership and team management experience
\n
Excellent client-facing and stakeholder engagement skills
\n
MRICS qualified (or equivalent)
\n
Strong commercial acumen and strategic mindset
\n
\n
