One of the region’s most well-established Property Consultancies is actively recruiting a Quantity Surveyor at Associate level in Birmingham. \n\nTHE COMPANY\n\nThe client is one of the leading Consultancies in the region with huge growth plans for the coming years. They have a great reputation in the market and are working with some key clients. Projects can range from Public to Private sector to suit the candidates preference.

Individual projects include working on Retail, Commercial, Mixed Use and Leisure developments to Education, Healthcare and Residential. Values can range from £1 - 50 million plus.\n\nTHE POSITION \n\nThey are actively looking to recruit an AD Quantity Surveyor to work alongside a team of experienced Chartered professionals and get involved in a range of projects from inception to completion.
