This role offers a balance of technical delivery and leadership. You will lead and oversee architecturally driven projects, support and mentor junior engineers, and work closely with senior leadership to help develop client relationships and contribute to the ongoing growth of the office. You will play an important part in delivering high-quality design while helping to build the team's capability and reputation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural engineering, with an interest or experience in glass and façade design, and a proactive approach to project delivery and client engagement. You will be comfortable taking ownership of projects while collaborating within a close-knit and ambitious team.
