What you’ll be doing:

• Win and develop new client relationships

• Deliver high-quality professional and project work

• Take ownership of dilapidations, surveys, and refurbishment projects

• Help shape the service line and influence its direction

• Play a key role in building and mentoring a future team

What we’re looking for:

• Commercially minded Building Surveyor with strong client focus

• Experience across core services such as dilaps, condition surveys, CA or project work

• Confident generating work and building relationships

• MRICS preferred but not essential

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
