A growing medium sized construction consultancy seeking an Associate Director - Cost Manager.


They’re an ambitious, diverse firm sustainably growing to operate numerous offices across the U.K. Their cost management service operates a high volume of projects across varied sectors including retail, healthcare, education, public and industrial, partnered with a client portfolio of high street names, national and international organisations.

What they’re looking for


An ambitious, difference making individual with strong leadership skills and preferably sector exposure including retail, healthcare, education, public or industrial.


Chartered surveyor from a consultancy setting with a BSc in Quantity Surveying or similar, ready to take the next step in their career joining this brilliant firm and the pathway to Director level.
