Associate Director - Building Services Location: London (hybrid) Salary: Up to £95,000

The Role The Associate Director will hold overall responsibility for all aspects of the organisation's activities, working closely with fellow Directors and shareholders. The position carries a broad leadership remit, combining strategic oversight with technical and commercial excellence. Key responsibilities include:

* Establishing and maintaining the organisation's vision, mission, and values * Defining and evolving the company's structure, strategy, and risk profile * Managing, monitoring, and evaluating the implementation of policies, strategies, and operational plans * Providing senior leadership across technical delivery, people management, and business performance * Acting as a key interface with shareholders, clients, and other stakeholders * Supporting the ongoing development and mentoring of senior engineers and future leaders
