Senior Geotechnical Engineer\n Leeds, UK\n £40,000 - £55,000 + Benefits\n\nA leading multidisciplinary engineering consultancy is looking to appoint a Senior Geotechnical Engineer to join their growing team in Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects across infrastructure, commercial, and residential sectors.\n\nThe Role\n\nAs a Senior Geotechnical Engineer, you will take a leading role in the delivery of geotechnical projects, from site investigation through to design and reporting.\n\nKey responsibilities include:\n\nManaging and delivering ground investigation and geotechnical design projects\nProducing and reviewing factual and interpretative reports\nDesigning foundations, retaining structures, and earthworks\nSupervising site works and subcontractors\nMentoring junior engineers and supporting their development\nLiaising with clients and contributing to business development activities\nEnsuring projects are delivered on time and within budgetRequirements\n\nDegree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Engineering Geology\nWorking towards or achieved Chartered status (ICE or equivalent)\nStrong experience in ground investigation and geotechnical design\nProficiency in relevant design software\nExcellent report writing and communication skills\nAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlinesWhat's on Offer\n\nCompetitive salary with annual bonus\nClear progression pathway to Principal level\nHybrid and flexible working options\nGenerous holiday allowance and pension scheme\nOngoing training and professional development supportThis is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Geotechnical Engineer looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive and forward-thinking consultancy
