The Associate HR Business Partner will be a key member of the HR team, providing proactive HR support to EMEA Region managers and acting as the first point of contact for employees and managers. What You’ll Do

Provide timely guidance on HR policies and best practices. Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns and grievances. Assist in resolving employee relations issues, including performance management and disciplinary actions. Support the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. Collaborate with talent acquisition to support recruitment and selection processes. Assist in the implementation of performance management cycles. Help identify training needs and support learning and development programs. Partner with Global HRBPs to translate business priorities into people initiatives. Contribute to employee engagement, culture and retention projects. Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and provide insights.

Who You Are

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field. 3‑5 years of experience in an HR generalist, advisor or similar role. Strong knowledge of local labour laws and HR best practices across EMEA. Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship‑building skills. High level of empathy and discretion. Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency with HRIS (Workday preferred), Google Docs, Microsoft Office and data analysis in Excel. Proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset. Experience in an offshore or shared services environment is a plus.
