The Team:

Build, manage and develop long-term business plans for Amazon to achieve the targeted revenue and profit metrics by increasing the online presence for the iconic brands of Mattel!

We are looking for a driven, commercially minded, and analytically strong person to join our Amazon EU Go-To-Market Team on temporary basis for 1 year. In this role, you will support UK Amazon Lead for local business and will take ownership of one of Mattel's key brands across the Amazon EU business. This is a high-impact, high-visibility position where you will be the central connection point between brand strategy, retail execution, and operational excellence.

Job Description

1- Regional Brand Ownership & Local Country Representation

End-to-end responsibility for the assigned brand across Amazon EU10 (UK, DE, FR, IT,ES, NL, PL, SE, BE, IR) and support Amazon UK business including POS modeling, forecasting, promotional planning, and execution.

2-Product POS Forecasting & Performance

Develop accurate POS forecast and support the creation of effective, insight-driven promotional forecasts.
