Associate Partner – Oracle ERP Transformation

Role Summary
An established global consulting organisation is expanding its Digital Platforms / Oracle practice and is seeking a senior consulting leader to act as an account anchor across major enterprise clients.
This role combines sales leadership, client advisory, and delivery oversight for large-scale Oracle ERP and Finance transformation programmes. You will operate as a trusted executive advisor, owning both commercial outcomes and programme success across a portfolio of strategic accounts.
What You Will Be Responsible For
Client Leadership & Advisory
- Act as a trusted Oracle ERP advisor to senior client stakeholders, including C-suite and board-level executives
- Lead strategic conversations around finance transformation, ERP modernisation, and operating model change
- Shape enterprise-wide Oracle solutions aligned to business strategy and transformation objectives
Sales & Account Ownership
- Own consulting sales and revenue performance across assigned key accounts
- Identify, qualify, and convert new and expansion opportunities within existing programmes
- Lead end-to-end proposal development, including value proposition definition, win themes, and commercial strategy
- Strengthen footprint within priority accounts while expanding presence across the wider client base
Programme & Delivery Oversight
- Provide senior oversight for the successful delivery of Oracle ERP programmes (mid to large enterprise scale)
- Ensure engagements are delivered on time, within budget, and with appropriate risk management and governance
- Support delivery teams with strategic direction, escalation management, and executive alignment
Practice & People Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop senior managers and consulting leaders within the Oracle practice
- Contribute to proposition development, thought leadership, and go-to-market strategy
- Act as a senior ambassador for the Oracle practice internally and externally
Ecosystem & Market Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, internal stakeholders, and industry peers
- Represent the organisation at relevant industry events, forums, and executive briefings
- Support the growth of sector and domain capability through talent development and knowledge sharing
Experience & Capability Required
Oracle & Transformation Expertise
- Proven track record delivering multiple full-lifecycle Oracle ERP programmes
- Deep expertise in Oracle Applications, particularly within Finance and enterprise platforms
- Strong ability to translate business strategy into scalable Oracle-enabled solutions
Commercial & Leadership Strength
- Demonstrated success in selling and leading consulting and technology services at enterprise level
- Strong commercial acumen with experience owning revenue, margin, and account growth
- Confident executive presence with the ability to influence at board and senior leadership level
Delivery & Operating Model Experience
- Experience working within global delivery models, including offshore and distributed teams
- Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on leadership when required
- Comfortable operating in complex, fast-changing environments
Thought Leadership & Market Presence
- Recognised contributor within the Oracle ecosystem through thought leadership, publications, or speaking engagements
- Strong professional network across Oracle, consulting, and enterprise transformation communities
