Associate / Senior Project Manager – Leeds\n\nSectors: Commercial | Industrial | Logistics | Mixed-Use | Regeneration\n\nStoneridge Consulting are working with a leading multi-disciplinary property consultancy that is looking to appoint an Associate / Senior Project Manager to join their growing Leeds-based Project Management team.\n\nThis role offers the opportunity to work on large-scale regeneration, mixed-use and refurbishment projects across the North of England, delivering complex schemes for a mix of public and private sector clients.\n\nThe focus is firmly on CAT A commercial offices, industrial and logistics assets, town centre regeneration schemes, and major refurbishments, providing true end-to-end project management.\n\nThe Role:\n\n * Leading projects through the full lifecycle, from feasibility and design to procurement, construction, and handover\n\n * Delivering CAT A, refurbishment, and redevelopment projects across commercial, industrial, logistics, and mixed-use sectors\n\n * Managing cost, programme, risk, and quality to ensure successful outcomes\n\n * Acting as Employer’s Agent or Contract Administrator where required\n\n * Coordinating consultant teams, contractors, and key stakeholders\n\nClient & Stakeholder Management:\n\n * Acting as a key point of contact for investors, developers, occupiers, and public sector bodies\n\n * Chairing meetings and providing clear, concise reporting\n\n * Supporting client decision-making with commercially sound advice\n\n * with governance procedures, contracts, and statutory requirements\n\nLeadership & Team Contribution:\n\n * Mentoring and supporting junior project managers and surveyors\n\n * Contributing to team culture, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement\n\n * Supporting business development activity, fee proposals, and client pitches\n\nAbout You:\n\n * Strong project management experience within a consultancy or client-side environment\n\n * Experience delivering complex commercial or regeneration-led projects\n\n * Confident client-facing professional with strong commercial awareness\n\nWhy Consider This Role?\n\n * High-profile, meaningful projects with real regional impact\n\n * Clear progression at Associate level within an established consultancy platform\n\n * Strong team culture with genuine support and autonomy\n\n * Long-term career opportunity rather than short-term delivery work\n\nPlease reach out to Charlie @ Stoneridge Consulting for further information
