Associate Quantity Surveyor\nEdinburgh\n £60,000 - £70,000\n\nWe are currently looking for an Associate Quantity Surveyor to fill a permanent opening with a company located in the city centre of Edinburgh. You will have the opportunity to join a small but very talented team of likeminded professionals.\n\nInterested candidates will have the opportunity to work on some of the most iconic projects the city has to offer ranging from Hotel and Retail, Commercial, Student Accommodation, Education and various office fit outs.\n\nRequirements of the Associate Quantity Surveyor:\n\nMembership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS)\nExperience within a construction consultancy with provable technical delivery experience\nSignificant exposure to, and good working relations with, private sector clients\nSolid technical competence and service delivery\nManagement experience of successful project delivery from inception to handover. \n\nOn offer for the Associate Quantity Surveyor:\n\nThis position offers a generous salary of between £60-70k.\n\nCompany benefits package includes one of the best holiday allowances in the market which includes 27 days annual leave, plus public holidays AND the Xmas period when the office closes down, Pension of 5%, Private Healthcare, Life Assurance and a range of other flexible benefits.\n\nWhat Happens Next?\n\nOn receipt of your application our dedicated Surveying and Project Management recruiter, Rees Allan, will contact you to discuss this opportunity in full detail.
