Associate Director – Quantitative Research (Financial Services)

Echo Talent is recruiting exclusively for an Associate Director–level quantitative research role within a financial services-focused insights team.


This is a hands-on research leadership role, ideal for someone who enjoys managing projects end to end, working closely with clients, and delivering high-quality quantitative insight.


Role overview:

  • Lead and manage quantitative research projects from design through to delivery
  • Own questionnaire development, fieldwork oversight, analysis and reporting
  • Deliver clear, commercially relevant insights to senior stakeholders
  • Provide methodological guidance and quality assurance across projects
  • Support proposals, costings and wider commercial activity
  • Mentor and support more junior team members

Profile sought:

  • Circa 5-8 years of experience with strong quantitative (or mixed-methods) research background
  • Comfortable running multiple projects independently
  • Confident communicator with solid client-facing experience
  • Detail-oriented, commercially aware, and delivery focused
  • Experience in financial services research
  • Knowledge of advanced quantitative techniques beneficial
