Associate / Senior Associate Electrical Engineer

The Role

An award-winning multidisciplinary construction consultancy is seeking an experienced Associate / Senior Associate Electrical Engineer to lead and grow the Building Services / M&E capability within one of its regional offices.

This is a strategic leadership role combining technical delivery, team leadership and business development. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the growth of the Building Services offering locally, working closely with the wider architectural, surveying and engineering teams to deliver integrated design solutions across a diverse portfolio of projects.

The consultancy provides a wide range of professional services across the built environment, including architecture, structural engineering, building surveying, project management and building services engineering.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Office Growth

Lead and develop the Building Services / M&E offering within the regional office. Act as the technical lead for electrical engineering across projects. Work with Directors and Partners to grow the Building Services team and service line. Support recruitment, mentoring and development of engineers and technicians.
