Job Description
We are supporting a growing, well-established consultancy that provides Project Management, Cost Management, Employers Agent, Contract Administration and Development Management services across both public and private sector projects. They are engaged at every stage of the development journey, from initial concept and design through to delivery, handover and operation.\n\nThe business is committed to delivering high-quality, value-focused services, taking a proactive approach to meet client requirements. As an owner-controlled organisation, the team takes full ownership of projects and is dedicated to providing outstanding service at every stage.\n\nThe Role:\n\nThe Senior / Associate Project Manager will lead and manage complex development projects across residential, commercial offices, fit-outs, town centre regeneration, and leisure/sports hall sectors. This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership, project oversight and stakeholder management skills - ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nLead multi-disciplinary project teams through all phases of the development cycle.\n\nDevelop, monitor, and maintain project programmes, budgets, and risk registers.\n\nManage client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.\n\nOversee procurement, tendering, and contractor performance, ensuring compliance with contract requirements.\n\nProvide clear reporting, including project progress, financials, and risk management updates.\n\nEnsure all projects adhere to health, safety, quality, and regulatory standards.\n\nMentor and support junior project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.\n\nCandidate Requirements:\n\nProven experience delivering complex projects across residential, commercial, leisure, or regeneration sectors.\n\nStrong knowledge of project management principles, contract administration, and commercial management.\n\nExperience leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing key client relationships.\n\nExcellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.\n\nAbility to work proactively, solve problems, and drive projects to successful outcomes.\n\nRelevant professional qualifications (e.g., MRICS, MAPM, or equivalent) desirable.\n\nWhat’s on Offer:\n\nA supportive, owner-led culture with a strong focus on quality and client service.\n\nExposure to high-profile, multi-sector development projects.\n\nOpportunities for professional development and career progression.\n\nCompetitive salary and benefits package
