OverviewOur client has a vacancy for a Private Client, Associate Solicitor with 4 years+ PQE. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and very experienced Trusts and Estates team, managing existing clients and building on the client base.You must be confident in promoting yourself and the business via networking, local marketing and business development. You will have considerable experience in managing your own caseload and working with clients with the following matters –ResponsibilitiesEstate administration including inheritance taxEstate planning advice including inheritance tax planningCreate and administer trustsCourt of Protection/Administration of client’s affairsWills and Lasting Powers of AttorneyDrafting of estate/trust accountsOnline research services, case management systemsAttending clients in the office, or visiting them in hospital, care home and place of residenceThe ability to adhere to strict deadlinesSupervision of team membersCapability to handle pressure and effectively prioritize tasks whilst managing a demanding workloadEssential skillsEssential skills for this role include being able to work on your own initiative, assisting and training more junior members of the team.
