Corporate Restructuring, NQ-2 & 3-5 PQE, London


Our leading US firm client's Corporate Restructuring Group advises debtors, creditors and stakeholders on the full spectrum of distressed corporate matters — from out-of-court restructurings and in-court proceedings, to recapitalisations, reorganisations and liquidations. The team is involved in some of the most complex cross-border restructurings and works closely with the leading M&A, Capital Markets, Banking and Litigation practices.
