New Role: Associate Talent Sourcing Partner - Manchester (Hybrid)

I’m supporting the search for a Associate Talent Sourcing Partner to join the Delivery Team at Avencia Talent Solutions .

This is a great opportunity for a proactive, detail-oriented recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about candidate experience and coordination.

You’ll support Talent Sourcing Partners across multiple insurance functions, gaining exposure to strategic sourcing while helping deliver a seamless, high-quality hiring process.

What you’ll be doing:

• FTC - 12 months
• Assist the Talent Sourcing Partners to source candidates across multiple insurance-related disciplines
• Source and engage candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, talent pools and the ATS
• Manage candidate communication, including interview scheduling and feedback coordination
• Prepare and standardise CVs and submission documents to ensure quality
• Screen applications and build shortlists while supporting talent pooling, referrals, and internal mobility
• Maintain accurate ATS records and assist with market mapping, reporting, and general recruitment activity

Location: Manchester- Hybrid (2 days remote)

Must have at least 6-12 months recruitment / sourcing experience - ideally within RPO but not essential.
