About Us: Tailored Education Solutions (TES) arose from two passionate educators’ recognition of the need for a more inclusive and personalised approach to education. Their focus: students with diverse learning needs, especially those who have been out of education for extended periods.

We are seeking experienced Associate Tutors to provide high-quality 1:1 support for children and young people, including learners with SEND, neurodiversity, disrupted education, medical needs, and EOTAS packages.
/n
What you’ll do
/n
/n - Deliver 1:1 tutoring (face-to-face and online) /n - Plan and adapt sessions to meet individual needs /n - Build strong relationships with learners and families /n - Track progress and feedback appropriately /n - Work in line with safeguarding and professional boundaries /n
/n
A successful candidate will have:
/n
/n - Qualified and experienced educators and tutors /n - Confident adapting teaching for a range of needs and contexts /n - Strong communication and reliability /n - Comfortable using digital tools for online tuition /n - Enhanced DBS required. /n

Salary: Self Employed/ Freelance: £33.00 per hour, inclusive of planning and preparation time

Hours: Work offered flexibly based on student needs and your availability
