We are delighted to be representing a leading boutique executive search and advisory firm based in West London. This is a rare opportunity to join a high-performing, close-knit team with a globally respected brand and an enviable client base spanning Private Equity across EMEA, North America, and APAC.


Due to continued mandate growth, our client is seeking an ambitious Associate to take on a pivotal delivery role. If you thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and are looking for genuine responsibility and progression, this could be the role for you.


The Role

This is a demanding, high-impact position suited to someone who enjoys working in a small, high-performance team. You will support and increasingly own executive search mandates, with significant exposure to senior clients and internal leadership from day one.


Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end research and market mapping across
  • Private Equity and related sectors
  • Conducting detailed research projects to support client mandates and advisory work
  • Sourcing, engaging, and screening candidates via targeted outreach and client-facing calls
  • Acting as a key point of contact for candidates throughout interview processes
  • Regular client and candidate calling in a professional, confident manner
  • Coordinating interviews, managing complex diaries, and prioritising competing deadlines
  • Maintaining mandate documentation and ensuring high standards of data accuracy
  • Managing and updating the internal CRM system
  • Supporting billing processes, tracking targets, and managing expenses
  • Providing organised, reliable support to senior team members when required

  • Proactive, dependable, and willing to roll up your sleeves when needed 6 months+ experience in executive search, recruitment, research, sales, or a related professional services environment


Package & Benefits

  • £30,000 - £45,000 DOE + performance bonus
  • Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote
  • 24 days annual leave + your birthday off
  • 14 days office closure over the Christmas period
  • Optional fully remote working flexibility throughout August
