You will have the opportunity to enhance your skills and build your network by working on a global scale across the People Team and the wider business. You will get your hands on a range of exciting, real‑world projects including: Responsibilities
Supporting ongoing TA innovation projects such as process automation, tool implementation, and workflow optimization. Assisting in researching new HR technologies, market trends, and best practices in talent acquisition. Helping in designing and documenting processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and project updates. Collaborating with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, vendors) to support project execution. Tracking project progress, maintaining dashboards, and preparing status reports. Supporting pilot programs and rollouts (e.g., hiring tools, assessments). Analyzing data and generating insights to improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience. Assisting in preparing presentations, reports, and stakeholder communications. Qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Demonstrated learning agility, creativity, and problem‑solving ability. Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively with multiple stakeholders. Drive to achieve personal and team objectives. Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. A collaborative mindset and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Familiarity with AI‑powered tools and a curiosity to explore how AI can improve talent acquisition processes.
Preferred Qualifications
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field, expected to be completed by Summer 2027. Experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow, SharePoint) is a plus. Experience with Project Management software (e.g., Smartsheet, Visio) is desirable.
