Full-time: Secondment
We have two positions:
- 1x year secondment to cover East and London
- 2x year secondment to cover Southwest and South Wales
Position Summary: To provide a consultative review of McDonald’s system quality, from raw ingredients to finished product.

Key Responsibilities:
- Systematically plan and where appropriate book appointments with all McOpCo and franchised restaurants within a defined area.
- Systematically carry out all restaurant ATCQ visits and product cuttings, using the appropriate ATCQ report’s/forms within the specified time frame.
- Ensure a consultative approach, with training/coaching given where appropriate.
- Present a standard ATCQ report to provide relevant management information and facilitating remedial action as required.
- Complete ingredient assessments on nominated days in the MB test kitchens, ensuring standard reporting is used to provide feedback in a timely fashion.
- NCR’s raised are followed through to conclusion, ensuring all relevant parties are communicated to (ATCQ Manager, QA Consultant, Supplier, MB personnel etc.)
- Provide front line representation of ATCQ to the customer, enabling correct product handling through coaching and training.
- Act as an ambassador for both Martin Brower and McDonalds, suppliers etc.
- Responsible for ensuring that ad hoc “special projects are conducted in a timely and professional manner. (These projects may require you to work outside of your normal hours).
- Assist new colleagues to integrate into the role and business.
- Work with your nominated supplier/s to assist them to better understand the McDonalds system and achieve continuous improvement.
- Adhere to all organisational policies and procedures including food safety and health and safety requirements. As an employee, the health and safety at work act 1974 requires you to take reasonable care for the health and safety of yourself and other people at work.
