Job Title: Attendance and Admissions Administrator

We are seeking a highly organised Attendance and Admissions Administrator to join our school in Southwark. You'll play a key role in managing daily pupil attendance and supporting all aspects of the admissions process, ensuring data is accurate and compliant with school and statutory policies.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor daily attendance and punctuality using SIMS.

Conduct first-day calling and follow up on absences.

Manage new admissions, in-year transfers, and leavers.

Maintain accurate pupil records and reports.

Liaise with staff, parents, and external agencies.

What We're Looking For

Admin experience in a school setting (essential).

Strong knowledge of SIMS (Attendance & Admissions modules).

Excellent communication, organisation, and IT skills.

Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information.

Understanding of GDPR and safeguarding
