This role is a Fixed-Term Contract for Maternity Cover. Join their team at the Academy and play a vital role in promoting excellent attendance and a positive learning environment across the academy. In this key role, you will work closely with the Assistant Principal to uphold high standards, ensuring all students are supported to attend regularly and achieve their full potential. You will help create a safe, welcoming, and cooperative atmosphere where both staff and students can thrive, while providing essential administrative support to the Attendance Service. ResponsibilitiesSupport attendance initiatives and promote consistent attendance across the academy.Work closely with the Assistant Principal to uphold high standards and support students to attend regularly.Provide essential administrative support to the Attendance Service. QualificationsStrong organisational and communication skills.A proactive and professional approach.The ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.Experience in administration (education setting desirable but not essential).
