Supportingvideoconferencecallsincludingliaisingwithremoteofficesinrespecttothesetupandrunningofvideoconferencecalls(technologiesincludePrimeVideo/Intercallo /BlueJeansandWebEx). Toassist/managewithallads/moves/changes(smallworks)onsite. Toensureanychangesareimplementedseamlesslyaspertheagreedrequirementandwithminimalimpactonthebusiness. ToensureusersaretrainedintheoperationofAV/VCtechnologiesdeployedtosite. Toidentifyandevaluategapsinhowtheclientusesthetechnologyandmakeappropriaterecommendationstotheclientforanyfuturechangesthatwouldprovidefurtherbenefits. Tomonitorthequalityoftheservicesdeliveredviathetechnologydeployed. Toundertakemanufacturertrainingcoursesasappropriatetoensureknowledgebaseismaintained. Toensureallbreak-fixactivitiesarecarriedoutunderthecontractedtermsandwithintheagreedSLAs. Toarrangeallpreventativemaintenanceactivitiesandproduceviahelpdesktheappropriatereportsdetailingworkscarriedoutandanykeyactivities/concernsthatmayrequirefurtherattendance/consideration. Liaisewithandmanage3rdpartysuppliers. Manageconsumablesandstockholdingofonsitespares. Managemeet&greetserviceasrequiredtoassistallmeetingsthatrequireAV/VCtechniciansupport.
