Hearing Aid Audiologist

Salary: £35,000 per year + commission
Job Type: Full-time/Part Time

An independent private hearing care provider is seeking an experienced Audiologist to join its growing clinical team. The organisation prides itself on delivering high-quality, patient-centred hearing care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

This role would suit an Audiologist who enjoys combining strong clinical practice with excellent patient care, without the pressure of a heavily sales-driven environment. You will play an important role in diagnosing hearing disorders, delivering tailored treatment plans, and supporting patients through their hearing journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive audiological assessments in line with clinical standards

  • Develop and implement personalised treatment plans

  • Fit, programme, and maintain hearing aids and assistive listening devices

  • Provide patient education on hearing health and treatment options

  • Work collaboratively with the wider healthcare team to deliver holistic care

  • Maintain accurate and compliant clinical records

  • Perform ear wax removal procedures

  • Assess and manage general ear health conditions


Requirements

  • Degree in Audiology or HCPC registration

  • Strong knowledge of clinical audiology procedures and best practice

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team

  • A compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
