Job Title Audit & Accounts Senior Manager Location London Salary £78,000 - £92,000 Are you an experienced Audit & Accounts professional ready to step into a Senior Manager role with real breadth, responsibility and influence? We are working with a well‑established and highly regarded accountancy firm seeking an Audit & Accounts Senior Manager to join their growing team. This is a leadership opportunity for someone with strong technical capability across audit and accounts, together with a working knowledge of tax, who enjoys managing client relationships and developing high‑performing teams. What you will be doing as an Audit & Accounts Senior Manager:
Oversee and lead audit assignments from planning through to completion and sign‑off Review and oversee the preparation of statutory accounts under FRS102 and IFRS Manage consolidated accounts for groups, partnerships and LLPs Oversee preparation and review of Corporation Tax computations and returns (CT600) Provide technical guidance across audit, accounts and tax matters Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients Lead audit teams on‑site and ensure quality and efficiency of delivery Review work prepared by Managers, Seniors and junior staff Attend and lead client meetings, including presenting findings and recommendations Identify risk areas and provide practical, commercial solutions Support Partners in tender presentations and proposal work
What you will need to succeed as an Audit & Accounts Senior Manager:
ACA or ACCA qualified (or internationally recognised equivalent) Significant experience across both audit and accounts within practice Working knowledge of Corporation Tax and broader tax principles Proven experience managing a portfolio of clients Confident leading teams and reviewing complex assignments Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP (FRS102) and IFRS Commercially aware with strong problem‑solving skills Excellent communicator, confident dealing with senior stakeholders Highly organised with strong time management and delegation skills
