TheRole
YoulltakeresponsibilityforamixedportfolioofSMEclients,anythingfromgroupsofcompaniesthroughtosoletradersandowner-managedbusinesses.Daytoday,youllbeinvolvedin:
- Overseeingandreviewingaccounts,audits,andtaxworkacrossyourportfolio
- Managinganddevelopingjuniorteammembers
- Leadingclientmeetingsandadvisingonarangeofaudit,accountingandbusinessmatters
- WorkingcloselywiththeDirectorsonplanning,workflow,andservicedelivery
- Supportingauditswhererequired(auditexperienceisakeyadvantage)
ThisroleisidealeitherforaSeniorreadytostepintoafullermanagementposition,oranexistingManagerwhowantsafresh,supportiveenvironment.

- ACAorACCAqualified
- Strongall-roundbackgroundfromaUKaccountancypractice
- Auditexperienceaspartofyourcareertodate(essentialforthisrole)
- Comfortablemanagingyourownportfolioandclientrelationships
- Enjoysupporting,supervising,anddevelopingjuniorstaff
