The Opportunity This is a hands-on position where you’ll take ownership of assignments from planning through to completion, working closely with Partners and other team members. You’ll play a key role in managing client relationships, delivering high technical standards, and supporting the development of junior staff. The role offers a varied mix of audit, statutory accounts and advisory work, rather than being purely audit focused. Key Responsibilities * Preparation of statutory year-end accounts and management accounts to a high professional standard * Leading and managing audit assignments from planning through to completion * Ensuring compliance with current accounting standards and statutory requirements * Managing and supporting a portfolio of varied clients, including more complex and prestigious accounts * Providing insights, solutions and strategic input to high-value clients * Building and maintaining strong client relationships * Supervising, reviewing and mentoring trainee and junior team members * Providing technical guidance and quality assurance on junior staff work * Supporting Partners on ad-hoc projects, including corporate finance and due diligence work About You You’ll be a confident and motivated professional who enjoys working across both audit and accounts and thrives in a collaborative environment.
